Bookings

• Lessons must be booked via website www.emilybellingham.com or alternatively booked direct via email emilybellingham@yahoo.co.uk. 

• Booking reminders will be sent directly to the registered email account 48 hours and 24 hours ahead of the scheduled lesson. 

 

Payments 

• All payments are to be made via online payment system, Stripe. 

• Initial lessons must be paid in advanced via online payment links, sent by teacher or at initial booking via website.

• Ongoing lesson payments will be taken directly after the singing lesson, via Stripe.

• Cash/Bank Transfers will not be accepted.  

 

Cancellation by the Client

• Lessons cancelled/rescheduled with 48 hours notice will not be charged. 

• Lessons cancelled/rescheduled between 48 and 24 hours notice will be charged half the session fee. 

• Lessons cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full lesson fee. This includes cancellations due to illness. 

• Payment will be taken directly after initial scheduled session time. 

 

Cancellation by the Teacher. 

• In the event the lesson is cancelled by the teacher, the client will not be charged. 

• An alternative rescheduled session will be offered at a time mutual to both the teacher and client. The lesson length and fee will remain the same as the initial booking. 

• As much notice as possible will be given by the teacher in this instance. 

 

Refunds 

• No refunds will be given for any lessons, including those cancelled or missed. 

 

Attendance

• Lesson times will not be made up for if the client is late and lessons will end at the scheduled time. 

• If the teacher is running late, the client will receive their full lesson time. 

• All lessons must be accompanied by an adult.
